a love so sweet
A memory on the edge of time, a place where we are so sublime,
A distant dream on a midnights eve somewhere far from acknowledged leaves.
A time in which we fell deeper in love, just like to turtle doves.
We sang our songs and gave our token to remember one single moment.

A moment to remember

when you start putting the word "busy" in your mouth every now and then, you will find yourself really busy. too busy for some self time. too busy to meet up with friends. too busy to spend time with your parents. too busy to pop by the gym and sweat out.

So, i'm super free! and that's not true.

someone spur my interest to write about financial management. few of you probably know who i am talking about and you, i bet you know i am talking about you. Lets forget about the part on spending everything yet mostly not on yourself. Though it's not a very clever(you know what i mean) thing to do and not something i would do - unless is spent on my family and probably my boyfriend.

Financially prudent is what i'm going to talk about. A first steady job and fat paycheck are all it takes for young people to succumb to the temptation of excessive spending. I won't deny the fact that i will definitely spend my first paycheck to please myself but the second, third and so on... i think i would need some careful planning in what to save and what to spend. Like what dear like to say, "saving for the rainy days".

It is inevitable for young people to be attracted by what credit cards offer but find themselves in financial difficulties months later. It does more harm than good if you are the kind who spend recklessly. So, in the first place, don't get a credit card!

Here is what i found online regarding money management:

Here are some simple tips on money management

  • Determine your monthly disposable income - what you earn that can be spent.
  • Find out what you spend on - write down your monthly expenses.
  • Use a two-list system to make a budget - income on the left, expenses on the right.
  • Learn to economise - if the right column is more than the left, you'll have to review and trim your spendings (for example, choose less expensive options - taking public transport as compared to taxis, dining in hawker centres and eateries instead of posh restaurants.)

Hope this helps. What i wrote are just mental notes to myself so if you dun agree, you can choose to ignore but think twice. Financial health has a direct link to personal health and relationships with others.

time to start with my work. I'm motivated to work hard cos i'm rewarding myself to a free evening and night tml. i believe i will be rewarded with good grades too.
