I find it hard to accept compliments these days. Isn't it something all Singaporeans face? When my friends compliment something I was wearing or did, i would agree to it - partially kidding but secretly happy over it. But when a stranger or someone who aren't close to me compliment me like "Hey! I like your top." I find it hard to bring myself to thank the person
Teach me what is the best way to recieve a compliment then.
I just finished My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. Call me heartless but i didn't cry in the end but felt that it was a wonderful ending. All these because i expected alot after hearing what everyone says. All that expectations do nothing but ruin the overall enjoyment.
When things come in the least expected way, it becomes the most memorable thing. How true.
Went for lunch buffet at Carousel yesterday. We were too busy eating to take much pictures because the food was good. There are little things that pissed me off but generally, it was a pleasant experience. We didn't had to eat until 10pm at night. Haha!

happy birthday to myself -soon
