Yesterday we had dinner at a Korean BBQ restaurant along west coast. Saw the place a couple of times when taking 188 but didn't thought of patronising this place as I don't really like Korean food that much.

We ordered marinated beef, chicken and pork which the staff help to bbq. So, whether your food is good or not, depend highly on the staff... Alike many Korean BBQ restaurants (if I am not wrong), the side dishes are complimentary and refillable! I'm no Korean food expert but the tofu is really nice while boyfriend's aunt and uncle enjoy the kimchi and some pancakes very much. Of the three meat below, I enjoyed chicken the most.

There is a very strong underlying reason for coming here. The kids wanted to play while eating! Meimei went crazy inside the playroom.

When browsing the website, I realise that they have 4 Korean style private rooms. There are really "well-hidden" because I didn't even notice it when I was there. We had the window seats instead which is share the same concept of the private room (table arrangement wise).

If you are a truly Korean food lover, here is a place for you as I heard that it is one of the more authentic Korean restaurant around. Be prepared to smell like you have been in the kitchen though - the ventilation is good enough to make you feel at ease during dinner but not so after. The service staff are generally friendly and helpful but was it due to a huge crowd during dinnertime or was it some staff are practicing the art of ignoring, we had a hard time getting their attention to refill our side dishes.
Value for money? I don't know because I didn't pay the bill but it's probably mid-range...
